Matrimonial Tarts

Double the recipe! Single makes about 3 dozen. This recipe is nice and easy.
It only looks like you have spent a lot of time in the kitchen.

Ingredients:
- Ready to bake tart shells (available at Costco)
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 tsp corn starch
- 1 1/2 cups fine coconut
- 1 tsp lemon flavouring
- 1 tsp vanilla flavouring
- 1 tsp almond flavouring
- 1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar, add eggs and the rest of the ingredients.
In each tart place a dab of jam the top with filling.
Bake 350°F for 30 minutes or until brown on top.
